Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Requests must be raised within 4–5 business days of delivery.
Perishable items (like opened/consumed food products) are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return

Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps.
If approved, return the product to: A-1, Ground Floor, Udyog Vihar, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201306.
Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Refund Timeline
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
In case of a replacement, we will dispatch the product once the return is received and verified.
Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 4–5 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email/SMS with a tracking ID.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order anytime before you receive the Shipping Confirmation Email/SMS.
Once a shipping confirmation with tracking details has been issued, the order is considered dispatched and cannot be canceled.
If the delivered product is damaged or incorrect, you may raise a return request under our Returns Policy.
