Cancellation of Order:

Surya Foods & Agro Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders that may list Products at an incorrect price, contain typographical errors, or have other incorrect information. This applies whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.

Customers can cancel an order for any Product before it has been shipped.

By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy. Surya Foods & Agro Ltd shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to order cancellations or returns.

Returns after Dispatch of Products (Only for damage to packaging and wrong product shipped; no exchanges allowed):

If you receive a Product with damaged packaging or the wrong item has been shipped, you can request a return within three 4-5 business days from the date of delivery through our e-commerce website. Please follow the process below:

Send an email to request a return for the specified circumstances, or place a return request through the "My Account" section if you are an Account Holder.
